PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 11th, 2026 – The U.S. Golf Manufacturers Anti-Counterfeiting Working Group (The Golf Group) today announced a series of four separate successful raids, conducted by Huizhou and Dongguan City police, against known counterfeiters in China. The Golf Group’s investigation identified a counterfeit golf product factory, assembling den and two storage warehouses, which were raided by over 60 police officers.
In total, 11 suspects were detained by the police and 109,569 counterfeit clubs, components, tools, labels and headcovers illegally bearing the marks of all Golf Group members were seized.
